What you need
175 g (1 cup) roasted rava/semolina
100 g mixed vegetables (chopped carrots, beans and peas)
720 ml (3 cups) of water
2Tbsp ghee
Method
- Roast the rava /semolina and keep aside.
- Empty the pack into a pot, add 720 ml (3cups) of water and the mixed vegetables. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Open and taste for salt, add the roasted rava/semolina slowly in a stream to ensure no lumps are formed. Cover and Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat and another 3 minutes on low heat.
- Turn off the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes. Add the ghee and mix well. Garnish with fried cashews and fresh coriander leaves.
