What you need
1 kg of fish cut into medium-sized chunks.
Method
1. Empty the pack into a pot, add 600 ml (2 ½ cups) of water and bring to boil over high heat.
2. Add the fish pieces, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Uncover and simmer for another 10 minutes or more until you get your desired consistency.
Salt is low adjust to your taste.
Garnish with curry leaves
